Sub-boards: exp shop, the black market

A district void of social activity, and is primarily a location of heavy industry. Factories form geometrical grids from a sky-view, sticking to a uniform and monotonous design. Steam and smoke hang heavy in the skies, and one see twenty feet in front of them at certain times of the day. Despite the high number of partially constructed lots, and abandoned locations, it is still populated with the members of Area D, serving as the primary work location for a good majority of the society.

Designed to resemble a more suburban atmosphere, the Western District is embellished with a wide variety of buildings; some reaching several stories, while others small shops. Commerce is sparse here, and it serves primarily as a location for leisure and relaxation - doubling as a large housing location for upper-end members of society. Apartment complexes exist, however, their condition fairs much better than those convoluted within the heart of the city. Large gardens line the roadways, and several manses rest on hilltops, and alongside artificial rivers. The Western District is designed heavily after Western-culture locations with Gothic and Renaissance era architecture, with culture highly reminiscent of Eastern European.
