It's difficult not to notice this building besides of the iron wall and security cameras that surround it. The Watch Compound, also known as TWC, is the haven for guards, jailors, and the chief warden. TWC takes the appearance of a walled apartment complex with a single tower rising beneath its neighboring buildings. From the tower, jailors can watch over the Capital District and respond to any threats in the vicinity. Despite their comfortable setting, most jailors remain alert within their luxurious apartments, never knowing when they might be dispatched to take care of a threat within another district.
