GENERAL FORUM RULES
Here at ADRP, we like to keep the atmosphere friendly and encouraging. While we understand that this is not always possible, on a site where player-versus-player fighting is common, we do our best to enforce the rules and mediate situations before they escalate. Try to remember that this is merely a roleplay for recreational purposes, so don't take it too seriously. We appreciate that you've taken the time to look over the rules, and agree to follow them by joining this site.
These rules are applicable to every situation, including the cbox.
Flaming, baiting, spamming, trolling, harassing, etc. all fall under this golden rule. Friendly banter will happen and the occasional throw down in the c-box isn't always avoidable, but the minute things get too far or personal is when it's time to chill. How we treat one another will define whether we're a bunch of toxic tools or a friendly community, so don't be a douche.
NO SPAMMING!
Avoid flooding the c-box and advertising anywhere outside of the advertisement board. Creating threads that are abusive or otherwise unwanted on the forum will be treated as spam and as such removed.
NO HARASSMENT
his is self-explanatory, but despite the first rule I wanted to stress this in particular. Singling out and targeting members with a passive aggressive attitude is a surefire way to get a c-box ban. If you have a problem with someone, you can either try resolving your issues with them privately or avoid them. Starting trouble in an attempt to drive them away isn't going to fly, however.
NO IMPERSONATION
This will not be tolerated either within the forums or in the chat box. Impersonation skips all disciplinary action and goes directly to a temporary ban.
NO SPOILERS
Please do this, Area D or otherwise. Mark it either within the post or in the thread name itself, either is acceptable.
NO PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES OR LINKS
While cursing and general mature content is tolerated, do not post any pornographic images or links.
CHARACTERS
Create only one character per account. Infinite accounts are allowed, however, so any one person can have an unlimited number of characters. Do try to be manageable with your characters, we don't need one person with several inactive profiles.
IMAGES
For mostly aesthetic purposes, please use 100x100 images as your avatar. Furthermore, because we pride ourselves on quality, please use quality images for your bio and profile. If you cannot find an image that isn't blurred, then ask for help with either staff or in the cbox. NO GIFS.

IN-CHARACTER RULES
These rules affect your character as he or she is roleplayed, or your creations. Many of these are very standard, but read through them all regardless, please.
One character may be in up to three threads at a time, regardless of district. Events are included in this total amount.
INACTIVE IN-CHARACTER
The standard IIC, unless otherwise stated is 48 HOURS.
CANON CHARACTERS
As this is a non-canon roleplay, save for a few key npcs, no canon characters are allowed.
CHARACTER APPEARANCE
Please keep character appearance images within the anime/manga realm only; no real life stock photos.
CHARACTER INTERACTION
While an unlimited amount of characters is allowed (so long as each character has his or her own account), interaction between your own characters is not allowed in any form, whatsoever.
UPDATING CHARACTERS
Because your profiles are locked upon completion, please notify staff of any changes you wish to make to the bio. All purchases will be automatically added to your profile upon approval.
NO GODMODING OR METAGAMING
This is a simple concept that should go without saying. Do not force your actions onto another character without giving them a chance to respond. Additionally, do not have your character make actions through the use of OOC knowledge.
If you want to know more about what godmoding is, please visit this link.
If you want to know more about what metagaming is, please visit this link.
AMMUNITION & WEAPONRY
All weapons are breakable, except those given to the Jail Task Force. Ammunition is used per thread, meaning when you buy ammo, that its unlimited for a duration of 'x' threads.

BATTLE RULES
The battle system here is loosely based on t1 combat rules, and as such each attack is merely an attempt. Every thread has a 24HR IIC, unless stated otherwise or agreed upon, exceptions will be given in the case of emergencies. Other than that, we expect you to fight fairly, and clearly define your attacks; any open ends in your post, are left for your opponent to decide. Should a discrepancy arise, please pm head-staff to review the thread and decide an appropriate outcome.
While we realize many people grow attached to their characters, the role play simply wouldn't function the same without death. For this reason, the board will be death enabled. This is to help keep a sense of realism to the board. Though we understand that many might not agree with this, there are measures to make sure your character stays out of fatal harm. Only advanced characters will be under complete death enabled status. Casual characters will be death disabled. Of course there are exceptions to this rule, those being:
With that said, should your character die it is not the end of your journey. If you die, you are capable of making a new character, retaining a partial amount of the EXP you gained on your previous character. When recreating, 5% of your experience points are lost, though this amount increases by an additional 5% each time you die. So if you die five times, you will lose 25% of your current experience points upon recreation.
[/ul] While fighting is a definite part of the role play, we understand that many people simply wish to play out plots and story lines without having to risk their characters lives, and we agree. So with that being said, we introduce difficulty levels. You will choose one of these two levels when you create your character, each choice coming with its own pros and cons. We are implementing this in hopes of appealing to as many peoples desires as possible without disrupting the functions of the board. - This difficulty is for those who either aren't that experienced in role play fighting or those who simply just don't wanna risk their characters life. This difficulty level is set to death disabled by default, but this can change if you violate one of the death disabled clauses. To ensure that no one abuses this level, there are certain positions and features not available to those who choose this setting. These include: ADVANCED - This difficulty is for those who are experienced in role play fighting and have enough confidence in their skills to put their characters life on the line. This difficulty level is set to death enabled by default, and is always active. This level is capable of achieving any rank or position.
